Order Processing

Each order is made with care — just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and packaging before your item ships out.

Delivery Times

-U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 2–5 business days after production.

-International Orders: Usually arrive within 10–30 business days, depending on customs and location.

During holidays or high-volume seasons, please allow a little extra time for delivery — we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, product type, and destination.
Multiple items may ship separately to make sure everything arrives safely and on time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders returned for incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
