We want you to love every part of your RNECESSITIES experience. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

-Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

-Wrong size, color, or design selected

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, don’t stress — we’ve got you.
Please contact us within  10 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the issue

3. A short note explaining what happened

Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases, you won’t need to return the original item.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems lost or is delayed past the estimated delivery window, reach out to us. We’ll help track it down and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund.

RNECESSITIES is not responsible for:

-Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance

-Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

-Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
